OVERVIEW
Champions Collection Boutique is an online boutique managed by Pink & Unique. Pink & Unique is currently the boutique’s only approved vendor and fulfillment provider.
Throughout these Terms of Service, “Champions Collection Boutique,” “Champions Boutique,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to, doing business as Pink & Unique and managing Champions Collection Boutique.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, communications, and checkout. By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Return and Store Credit Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or place an order.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to place an order, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our website, products, or services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, restrict access, or close an account when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

MANAGEMENT AND FULFILLMENT
Champions Collection Boutique is managed by Pink & Unique.
Pink & Unique currently serves as the boutique’s only approved product vendor and fulfillment provider. This means Pink & Unique presently manages product availability, order processing, customization, production coordination, shipping, customer communication, returns, and store credit.
Champions Collection Boutique may add other approved vendors or fulfillment partners in the future. If additional vendors are introduced, certain products may be processed or shipped by those vendors. Product pages, order communications, or shipping notifications may identify the responsible vendor or fulfillment location when applicable.
The addition of another approved vendor will not change the customer’s primary customer-service contact unless otherwise disclosed.

PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM MERCHANDISE
Our merchandise may be custom, personalized, made-to-order, preorder, produced in limited quantities, or created specifically in response to customer demand.
Product photographs and digital mockups are provided for reference. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, device screens, printing methods, materials, and production processes. Minor variations that do not materially change the ordered design are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, initials, names, chapter information, personalization, shipping information, and other order details before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, revise product details, or cancel unavailable items.
Adding a product to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer a replacement, store credit, another available option, or a refund to the original payment method when required.

PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, promotions, availability, and other information are accurate. However, typographical errors, technical errors, omissions, or incorrect information may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.

ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order. Reasons may include:
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Product or material unavailability
• Licensing or compliance concerns
• Quantity limitations
• Suspected unauthorized resale
• An inability to complete the requested customization
• A violation of these Terms of Service
If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Submitting an order does not guarantee that a cancellation or modification can be made after production, customization, processing, or fulfillment has begun.

PAYMENT
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Payments are processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. We do not independently store complete payment-card information.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated.
Custom, made-to-order, and preorder products may require additional production time. Customers should review the estimated processing information on the applicable product page before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer as permitted by applicable law and carrier terms. If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact info@championscollectionboutique.com so we can assist with the available carrier process.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide the notices and options required by applicable law, including the opportunity to accept a delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund to the original payment method.

RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT
Because our merchandise is custom, made-to-order, preorder, personalized, or produced in limited quantities, approved returns receive store credit only unless a refund to the original payment method is required by law.
Return requests must follow our published Return and Store Credit Policy.
Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with its original tags, accessories, and packaging.
Store credit issued in exchange for returned merchandise does not expire. Store credit is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred or resold, and cannot be applied retroactively to a previous purchase.
Personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@championscollectionboutique.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, customization, production, or fulfillment.
A cancellation is not complete until confirmed by our customer-service team. If an approved cancellation qualifies for a refund, it will be issued according to the original payment method and applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product presentations, page designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Champions Collection Boutique, Pink & Unique, or their respective content providers.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written authorization.
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® and its names, trademarks, symbols, insignia, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owner.
Products represented as officially licensed are offered under applicable licensing authorization. Purchasing merchandise does not grant the customer any right to reproduce, alter, distribute, or commercially use protected trademarks, designs, or artwork.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Champions Collection Boutique and Pink & Unique are independently operated and are not owned or operated by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.

CUSTOMER CONTENT AND PERSONALIZATION
When you submit names, photographs, text, logos, chapter information, instructions, reviews, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide and use that content.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may refuse personalization that violates intellectual-property rights, licensing requirements, organizational standards, platform policies, or applicable law.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a review, comment, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other feedback, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display it for business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, confidential, or infringing material.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other third parties.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites and services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

PROHIBITED USES

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process orders.

Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate court serving the county in which Pink & Unique maintains its principal business address, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms of Service, together with our Return and Store Credit Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies displayed on the website, form the entire agreement between the customer and us concerning use of the website and purchases from the store.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect operational, legal, vendor, platform, or policy changes.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
